  10. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  11. before using this software.

  13. Shareware Version

  15. You are hereby licensed to: use the Shareware Version of the
  16. software for a 30 day evaluation period; make as many copies of
  17. the Shareware version of this software and documentation as you
  18. wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to
  19. anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the software and
  20. documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There
  21. is no charge for any of the above.

  23. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  24. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  25. distributing the software and/or documentation with other
  26. products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written
  27. permission, with one exception: Disk Vendors approved by the

  35. Evaluation and Registration

  37. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this
  38. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of
  39. 30 days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation
  40. period a registration fee for $34.95 is required.  Payments
  41. must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to
  42.     MGP Software; PO BOX 75965; St Paul, MN 55175-0965; USA
  43. Credit card ordering and quantity discounts are available, as
  44. described in the section Ordering Information/Order Form.  When
  45. payment is received you will be sent a registered copy of the latest
  46. version of AceComm.

  48. One registered copy of AceComm may either be used by a single
  49. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  50. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  51. multiple people, but not both.

  53. You may access the registered version of AceComm through a
  54. network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for
  55. the software covering all workstations that will access the
  56. software through the network.

  60. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  61. Minnesota.
